The Project Manager will be responsible for performing Property Condition Assessments (PCA), technical reviews and other related services to due diligence of commercial real estate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and walk-through surveys of major building systems, structures and foundations
Prepare written reports that accurately describe findings (ASTM standards)
Perform ADA accessibility analysis
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Architecture and/or Engineering preferred. Experience with writing technical reports preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Physical demands must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Position Requirements
Travel is variable up to 50%

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
