Gerstell Academy is an independent, co-educational, non-sectarian college preparatory school for students entering Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12.
As the first leadership school established in Maryland, Gerstell Academy is devoted to the development of leadership skills with an emphasis on physical fitness and to the mastery of fundamental knowledge in a traditional college preparatory curriculum.

Gerstell is seeking a full-time faculty position in our values-based program for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Responsibilities include instilling leadership skills and values within our Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade Technology program.
Candidates should be familiar with ISTE and NGSS curriculum standards as well as the Microsoft 365 organizational platform.
Technology courses include developing interdisciplinary and project-based learning experience with a strong focus on improving students' critical thinking skills.
Basic coding skills and robotics experience are preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will hold at least a bachelor's degree.
Prior experience in teaching STEM discipline preferred but not requried.
The ideal candidate should be well versed in Gerstell Academy's Mission, Motto, Leadership Principles and Attributes.
