Responsibilities:
Identify and Qualify potential Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Review drawings, design documents, and other bid specifications.
Perform quantity take-offs using On-Screen software.
Prepare Functional and Technical bid proposals.
Provide a take-off for awarded projects, provide material submittals and budget sheets.
Conduct weekly meetings with the VP to go over RFPs, bids, and upcoming projects.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and Word.
On-Screen Take-offs and other platforms Education and
Experience:
1-5 Years' Estimating experience in Construction Industry.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Technical Knowledge Windows, Office 365, HCSS, Google Suite.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
