The Field Manager is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by effective management of the human resources appropriated to the position.
The position ensures the performance of BJL, Inc.
quality standards and the management of all resources to achieve confidence and exceptional service for our clients by directly supervising the performance of multiple work crews through the work day.

Develop and Maintain Strong Crew Teams Evaluate team strengths and limitations, augment as appropriate Ensure proper development of Supervisors and client relationships - ensure relationship is successful and fosters trust Mentor Supervisors and crew team members to ensure effective implementation of BJL, Inc.

Responsibilities:
I.
Management of Accounts Must possess in-depth knowledge of horticultural and landscape maintenance practices.
Must be able to manage all production aspects of Commercial field operations including training and quality control, field management for both landscape maintenance and snow operations, and maintaining strong customer relations.
Must possess excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.
Must possess knowledge of computer skills including use of Excel and BJL, Inc's proprietary software.
Through management of crew, equipment, and materials must help production manager to meet revenue, productivity and renewal goals.
Must inspire top performance from supervisors and crewmembers through attentive management and effective communications.
Must be able to independently accomplish tasks.
Typical week schedule is Monday through Friday and must be available to work on an as-needed basis as required by seasonal workload.
(Extra hours per day and/or on weekends).
Must be available to participate in snow removal activities.
Must be able to operate equipment and perform physical tasks required by projects i.
e.
ability to lift 50 lbs.
; ability to work outdoors.
Must possess a valid driver's license for the state of residence with a safe driving record.

Performance Reviews will be conducted frequently in order to fine tune crew operations.
