Site Work Project Manager
A$ A' A' ?SEH Excavating is seeking a Site Work Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation on multiple projects from well-respected clients.
Responsibilities:
A cents EUR cents Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationA cents EUR cents Create and maintain project schedulesA cents EUR cents Coordinate with Superintendents on material deliveries and schedules.
A cents EUR cents Interface with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsA cents EUR cents Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to receive reasonable order costsA cents EUR cents Write subcontracts and purchase ordersA cents EUR cents Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
A cents EUR cents Previous experience in construction management or other related fields a plusA cents EUR cents Familiarity with construction management software (Microsoft Office and Project Applications, HCSS Software, ComputerEase, etc)A cents EUR cents Strong leadership qualitiesA cents EUR cents Strong negotiation skillsA cents EUR cents Deadline and detail-oriented.
