Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

A$ A' A' ?We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a full-time permanent position in Finksburg, MD.
This position will lead, motivate, and develop maintenance employees to perform equipment repair and preventative maintenance procedures.
This position will work to drive losses out of our systems, create consistent standard approaches and achieve production results while improving individual skills and enhancing teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance employees.
Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelinesEnsuring the facility satisfies all industry regulationsManaging budgetsForecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventoryDeveloping and implementing a (proactive) maintenance programCoordinating the completion of complex repairsHiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance workLooking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costsRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering5
years on industrial manufacturing experience; experience within a unionized manufacturing environment preferredKnowledge of Continuous Mixers a plusKnowledge of Die Presses a plusMinimum experience of 5 years in a supervisory roleWorking knowledge of electrical and mechanical systemsFamiliarity and understanding of blueprints and schematicsEffective communication and people management skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
